ROAD MAP

The H(eritage) Project is an itinerant studio of research and sharing about the heritage from the 20th century, its singularities and its future. It was created from the common wish of two young architects to discover “an other heritage” in recent cities which have developed their architectural, social and cultural heritage mostly during the 20th century.

“The greatness isn’t in the dimension but in the intention.” Le Corbusier

The project’s itinerary is based on 2 major themes belonging to the 20th century architecture: the industrial heritage and the merchandising city. Our research on those 2 subjects will therefore be divided into 2 steps:

  • STEP #1   The industrial heritage in the United States
  • STEP #2   The merchandising city in the Middle East and in Asia
